To get an idea on what your project or job might cost contact us for a quote or estimate.
We'll arrange to drop by and evaluate your reqirements to ensure you know what to expect up front. Then there are no nasty surprises when the account arrives. On acceptance of quotes, a 25% deposit is required to be paid prior to work starting and a deposit invoice should accompany all quotes sent out to you.
Quotes and invoices can be emailed directly to you - let us know your preference when booking your work.
Terms of trade
When work is completed and invoiced out, payment falls due. We do offer accounts on longer terms where an account application is completed, this involves a credit check authority and is soley at managements descretion for approval. Contact us to request a credit application for longer payment terms. Statements are only sent on these pre-approved credit accounts where payment is due no later than 20th of the month following the invoiced date.
Where an email address has been provided, we endeavour to send invoice reminders too. And if you choose to receive invoices by email, you have the option to pay by credit card* directly from the emailed invoice.
We use EC Credit Control for all overdue accounts, where late fees, interest and collection costs are added onto the original amount invoiced. Once lodged with EC Credit Control, overdue totals are recovered and payable to EC Credit Control, not Absolutely Electrical.

Ways to pay
Immediate payment of on receipt of your invoice is always appreciated, full payment is due when the work is completed. There are a number of options available to make full payment:
1. straight away, on completion of the job
2. by credit card* directly from your emailed invoice
3. by internet banking or phone banking
4. at a BNZ branch over the counter or ATM
5. post a cheque
If paying directly by internet banking, phone banking or in the BNZ branch, using your invoice number as the reference, deposits can be made to the following account - :
